One of the number one questions that I get about depression and anxiety is how to know when and who to confide in about your struggle. This can be a very lonely journey and you may be desperate to share with a loved one or a friend but you may worry about how they may take it or if they will treat you differently.
Some days I wake up naturally full of gratitude. Others, it is harder to create a space for gratitude. In today’s episode, I invite you to find gratitude every day, even in the hard moments. Even if it is something small like being grateful for a glass of water or the fresh air outside, together we can find things to be grateful for.
