When I first started this podcast, I had no idea how much pain there actually was in this world due to mental illness. Hearing your stories and understanding how many struggle with mental health has solidified this cause even more for me.

If you are new here, Thursdays are special days where we take a moment and give space for gratitude. Why? Gratitude is a powerful tool that will literally attract abundance and more opportunities to experience things to be grateful for. The best part? It’s free.

The more you practice gratitude the more you will see gratitude. It’s a ripple effect. It will improve every area of your life…so why not use it?

This week I interviewed a few people who made a huge difference in my life by walking with me through some of my darkest moments while struggling with depression and anxiety. Reliving those memories during our interview caused me to reflect on how grateful I was for their presence, how far I have come, and how lucky I was to hang on even to the tiniest string of hope.

Lastly, I just wanted to thank YOU for living out loud, sharing your stories, and inspiring the world. We really are making a difference, one story at a time, and breaking the stigma of mental illness. Please connect with us in our private community and let us know what you are grateful for.

Topics Discussed:

Simple ideas on how to express gratitude.
