I am so excited to introduce you to someone who has been instrumental in my own gratitude practice. Gorgian Benta host of The Gratitude Podcast joins us today to talk about why he is so passionate about gratitude and how it pulled him out of a time where he had “hit rock bottom”.

Gorgian has dedicated the past three years to extensively studying gratitude. He produces a new show for his podcast multiple times a week but says that there is “always something to learn” when it comes to gratitude. He shares that through gratitude although nothing may change on the outside, “everything changes on the inside”.

In this episode we talk about how gratitude gives us a powerful feeling of abundance and helps us see the world in a different way. We also dig into the importance of not just “saying” thank you but how true gratitude is FEELING grateful. He generously share with us gratitude practices and even ways that we can strategically remind ourselves of moments from the past that we can reflect on and be grateful for.

We even reflect on the small things in life that we take for granted and how we miss opportunities to be grateful, potentially robbing ourselves from the beautiful benefits of gratitude. Georgians points out that many of the conveniences we have and enjoy day to day came from the labor and extreme effort of others. Noticing these small things throughout our lives, will open the door to massive abundance and bless our lives intensely.

If you are interested in how you can take your gratitude to the next level or how we can see lightness even in our darkest times, you will LOVE this conversation with Gorgian.
