My friend Matthew recently suggested this incredible book to me by Pam Grout called Thank and Grow Rich. You may be familiar with the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill who talks about the power of our thoughts in fulfilling our dreams. This book presents the idea that GRATITUDE plays just as an important role in us seeing miracles and having success.
Pam says that gratitude and joy are both connected and when we experience one, we experience the other. In today’s Attitude of Gratitude, I share with you about her program called AA 2.0 which are two practices that she recommends using every day that will transform our lives and help us reap the full benefits of gratitude.
