This week I am bringing you one of three solo episodes where I will dive in deeper to my own mental health story and share with you the tools that I used (and still currently am using) in my recovery.

Hosting this show is an incredible honor and I am overwhelmed with gratitude by the response that we have already had in just six short months. I hope that by sharing more concrete tools like what I am sharing in today’s episode will encourage you in your own journey and support you on your path to healing.

There are three main categories that I want to address. Today, I will be sharing the first of these, which is mindset. Developing the right mindset is crucial not only in life but especially if you are battling a mental illness. I break down how I used gratitude, not being a victim , and developing a strong desire, to all aid in my healing.

I used to really struggle with carrying a negative energy and expecting only bad things to happen. I learned through several books that my thoughts were actually energy and attracted negative things to happen. This was so empowering because I realized that if I could attract the negative, I could also attract the positive.
