Today’s episode is unlike any we have done up to this point. You will experience a live energy healing session between me and my energy coach, Brian Weiss.

You may remember Brian from episode 30 where we explored what energy healing is (and what it is not). I encourage you to check out that interview before listening to this one to give context on the session you are about to hear.

I gave Brian permission to tap into my energy and share with us what he was sensing from me and his recommendations on how I could overcome the blocked emotions that he was feeling. I wanted to share this openly with you so you could gain better insight into what a practice like this looks like and to demystify “energy healing”.

In this episode, you will hear more about the blocked emotions of anger, anxiety, and fear of failure that Brian sensed on me. He shares how he was able to tap into those emotions and why our subconscious is trying to free itself from them. We also talk about why trying to “overcome” emotions is a “big mistake” and how we can tell if our emotions are controlling us or if we are controlling them.

This process can be draining, but it is so important to dig deep to our emotions and create a space for them to move through. If you need further encouragement and support through your mental health journey, please connect with us in our private Facebook group, Hope to Recharge, because as always, together is better!
