For my entire life, I have struggled with receiving gratitude from others. I believe this comes from wanting to be humble, or perhaps an insecurity, but I know it isn’t a healthy habit. I notice that when I thank others they receive it graciously which makes me feel good as the one who says “thank you”. So why do I have a hard time receiving it myself?
I recently did a little research on this topic and in this episode share with you what I find. I want to be open with my own journey to hopefully help you learn how to receive gratitude yourself. I love the topic of gratitude and reflecting on it every week. It challenges me in my own journey and my own habits and I hope it does for you as well.
