For the past several months we have been producing Attitude of Gratitude on Thursdays to encourage you to invite gratitude into your life as a daily practice. Unfortunately, I have seen that there are still so many people who are hesitant to practice gratitude because they simply do not believe that it will work. In today’s episode, I share with you exactly how one moment of gratitude WILL slowly change your life.

This past week my small child was sick, and although I had to cancel a FULL day of appointments and meetings, that I was actually looking forward to, I STILL felt immense gratitude and abundance. How? I truly believe that this was a result of the continual practice of gratitude in my life.

Look for gratitude. When you do you will start experiencing it. When you experience it you will start sharing it and slowly it will not only affect your life and bring massive abundance in your day, but it will also heavily influence those around you. Gratitude is like a magnet for positivity!

Become hyper aware of moments of gratitude in your day. Let that lead you to joy. Open your eyes, even to the small things you might sometimes overlook. Your life will slowly start changing and this will give you a powerful tool in your mental health tool belt that you can use when you are really struggling.
