We asked nutritionist, biochemist, and holistic health expert Nilli Grutman to talk a bit about the link between our physical health, mental health, and nutrition. She shared with us her philosophy about nutrition and how to approach eating well with an energy of giving rather than an energy of withholding.

Nilli has spent the past seven years healing and guiding people with holistic nutrition. She seeks to restore her clients to a state of wellness by exploring the physical causes behind emotional imbalance. She detailed her process for us, starting with identifying hormone and neurochemical imbalances through advanced testing and ending with a love-filled approach to fueling our bodies.

Her lesson for us today included an explanation of the four primary neurochemicals at work in our minds, how to identify an imbalance, and how to approach solving that imbalance. She outlined how she crafts each person’s path to wellness by blending wholesome nutrition and eating mindfully.
