Today we are coming to you with a bonus episode to address the anxiety you may be feeling over the Coronavirus. We are going through a difficult time globally, however we are also connecting in a beautiful way. There is so much support in the world and that is bringing us together.
Although we are not as scared of the virus, many of us are terrified of the implications of the global fear. I want to share with you in this episode not only a new perspective on how to view this crisis but also the implications it may have on our mental health.
There are many things that we can do to be productive during this time. There is so much that we can access here and now instead of consuming ourselves with the unknown. We live a life that is so fast. We are having an opportunity now to stop and pause to not only be with our families and learn something new, but also be able to tune in and grow inwardly.
At times of crisis we have an opportunity to draw in closer and grow together. We need to use this opportunity to tune in, be with our families, and be a role model of what it looks like to come out of the other side of a crisis shining.
We would love to connect with you! We want to support you during this time. Find us in our private Facebook group, Hope to Recharge. Because as always, together is better!
