In today’s episode of Attitude of Gratitude I want to share a story with you about an incredible act of kindness that I received last week and the ripple effect that it had not only on my life but in the lives of others.

I truly believe that random acts of kindness can become extraordinary moments in our lives with powerful lessons within them.  I am starting to feel like one of the luckiest people in the world due to the mentors in my life, and that includes a recent stranger that I met named Kelly, who provided a powerful lesson for me on kindness and gratitude

I want to inspire you to go a little further in your gratitude and trace back how kindness has affected many moments along the way and pay it forward. Remember how you felt when you received kindness and pay it forward to someone else. There is so much to be grateful for!

We hope this encourages you on your mental health journey! Find us on Facebook at Hope to Recharge! We have an amazing tribe of people who would love to be a support to you. As always, together is better!
