Today I wanted to discuss the term “Attitude of Gratitude”. What does that really mean? I am sure that you have heard it being said and it’s tempting to think that it is just a cute little saying.
I believe that an attitude of gratitude is something that we have to develop. Most of us are not born with it. I have personally learned a lot about gratitude by watching my husband and how he has enhanced and invited little moments of gratitude into his life. He has always decided to make small moments, incredible. As a result, he literally creates special experiences.
The term “attitude” usually has a negative connotation, however, we can choose the attitude that we have. By cultivating an attitude of gratitude, we will see moments through a positive perspective, inviting in every moment, for what it really is. As a result, no matter what is happening, we can see something good.
