We talk a lot on the show about practicing gratitude through the difficult times. However when gratitude WORKS (which it does!) What do we do then? Today on Attitude of Gratitude we talk about the importance of continuing our gratitude practice even when things are going well.

In order to take gratitude to the next level,and truly experience all that it has to offer we need to make it apart of our lives. Sometimes it is easier to reminder to practice gratitude because it becomes a part of our tool kit while we are struggling, but we are truly missing out if we do not use it fully and make it a regular practice.
